Order Processing and Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

I placed my order on a weekend and chose expedited shipping. When will my order ship?

Your order will ship on the next business day (M-F, excluding holidays).

Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?

Please email us from the contact form with your request to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to respond and resolve your request as soon as possible. Due to volume and time differences, we cannot guarantee your request will be applied.

Our home office is located in Los Angels, California.


What are my available shipping options?

All available shipping options will be available to choose at time of purchase.

How do I apply a Promotional Code?

If you’ve received a discount or promotional code for purchase, the option to include it will be available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for product.

Shipping and Shipping Insurance charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer free shipping on returns? 

Any returned items are returned at the customer’s expense.

What if the item(s) are damaged or defective?

If your JoeyDees items arrive damaged or defective, email us through the contact page. Damaged that occurs during the shipping process will require a claim with the postal service that delivered your items.

When will the refund show on my original form of payment?

If a refund is granted, it will show on your account within 48-72 hours of being instated.

What forms of payment do you accept for US orders?

We accept multiple forms of payment as displayed during checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept for International orders?

We do not ship coffee products internationally.

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

if available, enter your promo code in the cart, at the beginning of checkout. Limit one promo code per order.

Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon, and/or offer, however, you may use the largest discount available to maximize your savings.

All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping, and processing charges. Consumers must pay applicable sales tax.
